Project description:
"THE PROGRAM CONCERNS TWO MAJOR AIMS, BOTH CONSIDERED AS ESSENTIAL FOR TRAINING SKILLED SPECIASTS IN THE FIELD OF FOOD CHEMISTRY AT THE STANDARD AND COMPETENCE LEVEL OF THE ADVANCED COUNTRIES.THE OBJECTIVES ARE : SETTIG IN FUNCTION -EQUIPMENT ACQUISITION- OF A LABORATORY FOR FINE SYNTHESIS AND PREPARATION OF ORGANIC SUBSTANCES USED IN FOOD INDUSTRY AND OF A LABORATORY FOR FOOD QUALITY CONTROL BY MEANS OF THE MOST PERFORMANT AND MODERN TECHNIQUES. "
