College Programs

      The college programs were focused on developing short-cycle, vocationally oriented curricula. In a larger vision, this sub-component was aimed at developing a network of colleges at regional level, which would allow a faster and more efficient integration of students in the labor market. This network was meant as a response to the real need for qualified personnel in well-identified economy domains (e.g. primary school teachers, social workers, health technicians, etc.).
      USD 7,26 million were allocated for this sub-component.
