Third Component
Having allocated a total sum of USD 41.38 million, the Third Component of the Higher Education and Research Reform Program (the Project RO4096) has had as fundamental objective to support program development for postgraduate education and university scientific research.
In this respect, The National University Research Council , the body responsible for the implementation of this component, has started with the fundamental idea to finance on competitive basis research, training and development projects.
