Postgraduate Education Programs

       This program support the developing and strengthening of advanced courses of instruction and research (Master's and especially Ph.D. programs). These may include approved portions of studies at foreign universities and laboratories, normally as part of a collaborative research or training program involving these institutions. To give priority to proposals that will increase the recruitment and retention of recent graduates to academic positions in Romanian universities, and that strengthens national and foreign scientific collaboration.
