"THIS PROJECT DEVELOPED THE TEACHING TECHNICS AND EVALUATION METHODS IN FOOD INDUSTRY COLLEGE FOR THE SPECIALISTS PREPARING IN THE TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY CONTROL FOR FOOD AREA. WE ARE FOCUSING ON INTELLECTUAL CAPACITIES FORMATION, INITIATIVE SPIRIT DEVELOPMENT, NEW TECHNOLOGICAL TRENDS ORIENTATION AND OPENING, THE FORMATION OF INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM WORK CAPACITIES AND THE CONECTION TO INFORMATIONAL, TECHNOLOGIC AND TECHNICAL FLOW IN THE WORLD."
