Description of the project: "FOR A SERIES OF INTERESTING SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIALS (II-VI COMPOUNDS, OXIDES, NEW ORGANIC COMPOUNDS) IN THIN FILMS, WE HAVE BEEN STUDIED: STRUCTURE, ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT, OPTICAL AND PHOTOELECTRIC PROPERTIES. SOME CORRELATIONS BETWEEN PREPARATION CONDITIONS OF FILMS AND THEIR STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED. SEMICONDUCTING PROPERTIES OF STUDIED ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (MONOMERS, POLYMERS, ETC.) STRONGLY DEPEND ON THEIR MOLECULAR STRUCTURES."
