Description of the project: "THANKFUL TO THIS PROJECT, A FLEXIBLE AND SOPHISTICATED SYSTEM WAS ACQUIRED, IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE THE VIBRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPLEX BIOSAMPLES OR FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INTEREST (E.G. BETULINIC ACID -HIV INHIBITOR AND BLOOD COMPONENTS AND THEIR INTERACTION WITH THE NANOMETER ROUGHENED SURFACES AND ADSORPTION BEHAVIOUR OF DIFFERENT PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOUNDS).THE RAMAN TECHNIQUES ALLOWED US TO INVESTIGATE AND MEASURE WITH HIGH SENSITIVITY AND LOWER DETECTION LIMITS (UNDER FEMTOMOLAR) THE ADSORBED BIOMOLECULES AT THE NANOMETER SURFACE."
