Description of the project: "THE PROJECT REGARDING THE USE OF MEMBRANE PROCESSES IN BIOTECHNOLOGY AND FOOD INDUSTRY HAD IN VIEW INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS, DESIGNING OF UF, MF, OI, NF-BASED PROCEDURES AND PRODUCTS. THE RESULTS ARE RELEVANT FOR THE BEER INDUSTRY (REPLACEMENT OF FILTERING BY KIESELGUR) FOR THE DAIRY INDUSTRY (PROTEIC CONCENTRATES, CHEESE PRODUCTION) AND FOR THE WINE INDUSTRY (COLLOIDAL-PROTEIC STABILISATION). 3 DOCTORAL THESES, 2 BOOKS AND MORE THAN 20 ARTICLES WERE WRITTEN AND A NUMBER OF 6 PRODUCTS AND PROCEDURES WERE DESIGNED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT."
