THESE PREOCUPATIONS ARE FOCUSED ON PRODUCING FOOD THAT DISPLAY A HIGH BIOLOGICAL AND NUTRITIVE POTENTIAL, WHICH IS ABLE TO MAKE ITS EFFICIENT CONTRIBUTION TO HEALTH PROMOTION.
