Description of the project: "THIS PROJECT AIMED TO INITIATE THE STUDY OF THE ENZYME POTENTIAL OF SOME MICROORGANISMS INCLUDED IN THE COLLECTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY FROM THE UNIVERSITY DUNAREA DE JOS, GALATI (ACRONYM MIUG) AND CONTRIBUTE TO ISOLATION AND SELECTION OF NEW STRAINS OF HIGH ENZYME PRODUCING BACTERIA AND FUNGI. THERE WERE STUDIED AND OPTIMISED THE MAIN BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS THAT INFLUENCE THE ENZYME SUPERPRODUCTION FOR AMYLASES, PROTEASES, XYLOSEISOMERASE, INVERTASE, INULINASE AND TYROSINASE."
