Description of the project: "PROJECT'S OBJECTIVES HAS BEEN PERFECTIONED TECHNOLOGIES OF GRAPES AND SUBPRODUCES VALORIFICATION AND STUDY OF AMPELOGRAPHY, TECHNOLOGY, BIOCHEMISTRY, ETC. FOR VARIETIES OF GRAPE WINES WITH BIOLOGICAL RESISTANCE, AND DATE OF BASE CREATION WITH THIS RESULTS. ECOLOGICAL VARIETIES WERE VALORIFICATION THROUGH NATURAL JUICE AND WINE THIS PRODUCES ARE ANALYZED GC/MS AND OLFACTOMETRIC METHODS. THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN CREATION OF RESEARCH LABORATORY FOR FERMENTATION BIOTECHNOLOGIES AND CHECHING OF QUALITY ALIMENTARY PRODUCES."
